Worcester Youth Town Hall Happening this Week
The City of Worcester Division of Youth Opportunities is hosting a city-wide youth-led Town Hall on Wednesday to give youth a platform for their voices to be heard and us as a community to listen.
The purpose of the Town Hall is to give the city’s younger residents the opportunity to speak freely on the problems they’re facing during the pandemic and share any suggestions with organizations and city leaders that serve in the best interest of youth.
To register for the Town Hall, click here. Youth do not need parental supervision to attend this meeting, but do need to register to be an active participant in the meeting or watch on FB live to hear the discussion.
What Scary Movie Makes Your Heart Race?
Cordcutting.com, an online service that helps connect consumers with digital streaming services, is looking to find the scariest movies this Halloween by measuring your heart rate while you watch movies.
Five movie fanatics will be given a Apple Watch Series 6 to wear as they binge watch 10 of Netflix’s current horror flix. Each will send in their heart rate data for each movie watched.
