A federal judge on Friday denied an market bid to place on hold Massachusetts’ 4-month ban on the sale of vaping goods, maintaining intact the toughest prohibition however in a quickly creating response to e-cigarettes and their possible hyperlink to a lung illness.
U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani declined to grant a short-term restraining order sought by the vaping market, such as by trade group Vapor Technologies Association (VTA).
