Sandy man arrested right after allegedly developing marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms

SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah, Oct. six, 2019 (Gephardt Day-to-day) — A 22-year-old Sandy man was arrested Friday for allegedly developing marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms with the intent to distribute.

A probable lead to statement from the 3rd District Court of Salt Lake County stated Robert Miller Henderson is facing 4 counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, a third-degree felony.

A search warrant was authorized and served at an address in S. Aloha Lane in Sandy, the statement stated, which is Henderson’s address.
