O’Fallon approves very first step for health-related marijuana dispensary in city – Mid Rivers Newsmagazine

The O’Fallon City Council has authorized a rezoning request intended to allow the use of a portion of an current constructing as a health-related marijuana dispensary. Green Wellness Releaf would establish and operate the dispensary in a back portion of the constructing occupied by Faszold Heating &amp Cooling [Faszold Two, LLC] at 1613 East Terra Lane.

The State of Missouri nevertheless should approve Green Wellness Releaf’s application for a license to operate the dispensary, which includes certification of state-essential safety and other measures.
