With a purpose to be compliant, companies that obtained their short-term license approval from the Division of Hashish Regulation (DCR) are required to file their enterprise tax and preserve their account in good standing, per Chapter X, Part 104.12 (c) of the LAMC.
The primary MONTHLY reporting is due August 1, 2019 and delinquent after September 3, 2019.
